The U13 Hurlers secured their 2nd win in Round 2 of the A Championship this morning when they defeated Clooney/Quin in Clarecastle on a scoreline of 3-13 to 3-5. Magpies scorers were Fionn Plunkett (1-4, 1-3f) Sean Meere (1-4), Arthur Cecotka (1-0), Sean Kelly (0-2), Harry O’Donoghue (0-1), Paddy Tuohy (0-1) & Cathal Murphy (0-1).

Well done to all the lads on an excellent display and to goalkeeper Pat Hennessy who pulled off several saves in the second half.
